What is your lead time?
- Due to recent challenges in the furniture industry, our lead time now varies between 6-8 months
- Extremely custom orders may have a longer lead time.
- You will be notified of your orders lead time at the time of deposit
What are your bed and headboard options?
- We offer a free standing headboard that are attachable to your metal bed frame.
- A wall mounted headboard that comes with our wall brackets that makes the headboard easy to mount and stable.
- A bed that consist of a headboard that will attach to side rails and a foot rail or footboard that will be fully upholstered for your insertion of your adjustable bed frame. All adjustable bed specs need to be provided.
- A self-contained bed that consist of a headboard the will attach to side rails and a foot rail or footboard that will be fully upholstered with lips and slats. This will provide you the ability to just add your box spring and mattress.
- A platform bed that consist of a headboard the will attach to side rails and a foot rail or footboard that will be fully upholstered with a platform. This will provide you the ability to just add your mattress.

What are your sectional options?
- We no longer offer pre-dimensional section items. We ask that you provide us with the desired dimensions of your sectional. Then you will be able to choose seating area, arms, and legs or skirt from our design studio. Sectionals are very popular today, and we receive a lot of photos and sketches.
Do you carry leather and/or fabrics?
- We carry a high-end leather line that can be seen in our catalog or online, along with other leather options available.
- We carry a solid, polyester blend fabric line that can be seen in our catalog or online.
Do you offer sleeper sofas?
- We do offer sleepers in many sizes. Our standard mattress is a 5″ thick premium mattress.
- An upgrade to a 5″ thick Comfort Cool mattress is available in limited sizes.
Do you offer swivels and/or swivel rockers?
- We do offer swivels and a swivel rocker that can be constructed to put on any chair.
Do you have storage ottomans?
- We do offer storage ottomans that are standard in our catalog. But we are able to make custom storage items.
Is there a price for our catalog?
- The cost of our catalog is $100.00.
Do you offer reupholstery?
- We do offer reupholstry! The interior designer incurs all freight charges to and from Lester Furniture but we will provide freight quotes.
How do you ship your products?
- Packaging: All furniture will be boxed and labeled with ship to information if being delivered by a furniture transportation company outside of the Wilmington, NC area. Boxing Includes: -Trays with extra corrugated support: Products will be completely covered in brown kraft paper; Products will be shrink wrapped to a tray; Products will be boxed and stapled securely with an exterior carton; Extra heavy/large boxes will be secured to a wood pallet
- Label Includes: -Lester Furniture return address -Consignee/Ship to Name and Address -Sidemark information ( Name of Designer and Client) -Description of items in box
- Delivery Services: we recommend all shipments to be delivered to a business with a loading dock
- As this time, we do not have a white glove delivery provider.
